C.S Commercial is built on the foundations of a successful and well-regarded domestic business that has been serving the households and small businesses across Kent for 15 years.

Since creating C.S Commercial we have worked extensively on full plant room installations for schools as well as supporting a wide range of organisations in providing heating and plumbing services. And our temporary plant has provided the assurance to businesses that they will never have to close.

How we work

For each project a member of the CS Commercial Team will be appointment as your Project Manager

We will carry out a free of charge initial assessment/survey detailing the age and condition of the existing plant and associated equipment, this will also determine the extent of the works required, and the options available.

Before replacing a commercial boiler, we will carry out a survey of the existing boiler/s and ancillary plant, as more often than not the equipment is of the same age as the appliances and as technology and design has evolved and improved over the years it is important to take a fresh look at the whole system/installation before making any decisions on a specific solution.

From this assessment we will build a bespoke quotation specifically to suit the requirements of the installation including any options that were noted at the survey stage.

Once a decision has been made as to the option or quotation chosen, we will then move onto the construction phase plan where a Gantt chart will be produced to monitor the project schedule to include start and finish dates for the various tasks to be undertaken.

Prior to the installation commencing we will prepare risk assessments and method statements and liaise with the customer to plan the works, based upon delivery dates, scope and the clients’ requirements and availability.

On completion of the installation, we will provide schematic drawings of the newly installed plant and as well as O&M manuals (where requested).
